Mine has to be..... He is just weird and awesome. Although I am only up to episode 60.
Although Seki from Tokyo Underground is one kick ass villian as well. I just couldn't find a picture of him.

HAH! you think gins bad? just wait till you get to this guy. the bad ass of the whole freaking show. He's in one of the best fights in anime. and i also give you. Hollow Ichigo. some of you from the nexus might recognize that pic hehe. and here's another pic of him.
